# PósTV is a collaborative project that emerged from the popular desire to echo thoughts and actions. It is a midiativista live broadcast platform in 2014 that brings the campaign # Shout Live (GritoAoVivo) that will perform transmission of the editions of Rock Shout 2014.

. Hangout
is a platform for instant messaging and video chat powered by Google, which was released on May 15th 2013, replacing three products of messages that Google had implemented both in its services, including Google Talk, Google+ Messenger and Hangouts,a video chat system present on Google+.
Using OnAir
1) Once logged into your google account, go https://plus.google.com
2) Go to the bar that opens on the left side of the site and select the option Hangouts,
3) On hangouts page, on the right side of the screen, you click Schedule an Hangout OnAir’
4) On the Schedule screen, place the name and a brief description of what will be transmitted. The transmission can be scheduled or initiated at that time by clicking Share.
5) In the event screen, the tools for Questions & Answers and Insertion of a Trailer are available and should be selected at that time or may not be used during TRANSMISSION.
6) Synchronize it with YouTube. For this you need to put a mobile number and you will receive an SMS with a confirmation code. (This step is done only one time per account).
7) Select the audio and video options relating to the transmission format which will be held. (See transmission of concerts and debates)
8) Click on Start

Audio capturig
For the transmission of concerts is required a audio capturig done by the mixer used for the stage. It is important that it is done an alignment with the stage soundboard technician, so he separate a MASTER OUTPUT.
_Cables
In general, mixers used in stage has only XLR outputs. Thus, two options are possible:
1. Using an external audio device, such as capture board with XLR inputs format. (SpeedIo, Rolland UA-25)
2. Using a cable that has an XLR tip, suitable for mixing board, with a P10 tip on the other side, which can be adapted to P2 that connects directly to the computer.
_Monitoring
Generally in the external plates there is the possibility to connect a headset directly, often with output P10.
Hangout settings
In concerts transmissions, on the audio settings tab in Hangout screen of transmission it will have a HTML 5 Studio option, select it so that the audio quality has improved during transmission.

Video capturig
It is made by Videos boards with Rca Input and USB interface, responsible for receiving the video signal from the camera and passes to the computer. There are several models of video board available in the market with various values we have listed some of them: Igrebber / EasyCap / Pinacle
_Drives
Remember, all external devices such as sound and capture boards, need to be installed. A simple search on google with the model name of the device can easily find free downloads offered by the manufacturers themselves.
Debates transmission

Mobile Transmission – Cell Phones
Mobile devices have become great tools of communication, through applications installed it can transmit live Audio and Video using 3g mobile internet.
TwitCasting – is an extremely simple application that allows you to broadcast live via Facebook or Twitter.
Once started, the application requires the user to connect to their Facebook account or Twitter. Thereafter, the user can now broadcast what he wants, simply click on “Go Live”. And to end the transmission, the user must repeat this action. At this time, he can save his transmission or simply discard it.
The application allows those attending, whether by computer, smartphone or tablet, to comment and post feedback in chat. And you will be able to read and respond in real time to questions and comments from his viewers.
Ustream
The APP Ustream is a simple mode using iPhone or Android.. Download the app on your device by the play store and then just login (if necessary request [email protected].) The camera of your device will work as a webcam.
The problem with this type of transmission is the microphone of the handset that does not have a capture of good quality and should be further tested.
The Wi-Fi or 3G connection is not guaranteed because it has a lot of instability on the signal, and therefore is suitable to be done a speed test in advance, to see if there is a upload rate and stability needed for this.
Note that this form of transmission can be made of cellphone.

Guide post-tv via twitcasting
1) download the app ‘twitcasting’ on your iphone(app store) or adroid(playstore)
2) creat your login on twitter
3) on settigs activate “allow live background” (to use other functions of the cell phone whitout interrupt the trasmission)
4) play ‘go live’ and transmit
5) a widow will ope to twit a message. Write and send it.
6) balon on the lower left corner add legends.use it for tags.
7) to turn off the sound press mute.
8) by interrupting the video save it in the screen option
9) laptop inside the backpac conected on the cell phone increases the battery life
10) postpaid plans have higher upload rate to 3g network (minimum 3kbps)
